At Trillian you get the free web page building software. You can also upgrade or purchase a number of their other worthwhile tools

The graphics tools include a suite of premade images and the actual graphics editor that allows you to manipulate images and pictures.

FileZilla allows you to copy your files from your computer to the hosting system that you are using.
